This experimental polish has a black base and is filled with a rainbow of colors due to the holographic powders. It also has a beautiful blue and purple shimmery cast to it. Noctilucent clouds, or night shining clouds, are tenuous cloud-like phenomena in the upper atmosphere of Earth. They consist of ice crystals and are only visible during astronomical twilight. Noctilucent roughly means “night shining” in Latin.

This polish is opaque in 2-3 coats. A clear base coat is always recommended to avoid any nail staining.

A gloss topcoat is recommended.

This polish is 10-free.
